Nuumani does not certify new coaches or run a coach training school. Instead, Nuumani offers a mentorship program for people who are curious about coaching and want to see the profession from the inside before they commit.
Who the mentorship program is for

Whichever group you're in, the program gives you a closer look at the profession before you invest time or money in training.
How to join the mentorship program
Anyone who's curious about coaching is welcome here. The Nuumani mentorship program is free and open to everyone. To join, just sign up for a free Nuumani membership. Mentees get the most out of the program by showing up, so we ask that you come to Nuumani's sessions regularly, including the ones that come with your free membership.
What the program includes
In the Nuumani mentorship program, you'll spend time with experienced coaches from the Nuumani community. You can ask the questions no course brochure answers. You'll leave with a clearer sense of whether coaching is your next step, and if it is, what to look for in a training program.
What the program is not
The mentorship program is not a coaching certification, and completing it does not make you a certified coach. It's an honest way to explore the profession, so whatever you decide afterward, you decide with real information.
