Founder & CEO
Internationally recognized and respected entrepreneur, philosopher, and business and career coach with a history of creating, funding, and selling businesses. Passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Expert in creative thinking, innovation, tech, business development, and turning impactful ideas into profitable projects. Murielle offers more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and in-depth business acumen, having done everything from building, growing, and successfully selling a web agency to founding, and investing in early-stage start-ups, authoring two books on personal and professional development, and creating a successful coaching business
Karolina Wencel
Advisory Board Member
Karolina is a career coach and talent strategy consultant. Passionate about individual and organizational development, she has over five years of varied professional experience, working with industry giants like Korn Ferry and Mercer, small firms like Erdos Institute, and freelancing. She holds a bachelor of science from École hôtelière de Lausanne and a MSc from NYU. In her spare time she loves volunteering with animal shelters and fostering dogs. An avid hiker and skier, and believes there’s no mountain high enough!

Alex is an AuDHD entrepreneur with a passion for storytelling. She has over a decade of experience helping small businesses, brands, entrepreneurs, and authors build authentic communities for their clients, customers, and patients. As the multi-passionate, creative generalist that Alex is, she holds a bachelor of arts degree in English Literature and a Juris Doctor in Law, with a NY bar license. When not working on Nuumani, you can find her living in Orlando with her husband and dog, visiting Disney, reading fantasy novels, and working on mindset hacks for neurodivergent thinkers.
