From Drama Triangle to Dream Triangle in Embodied Relation Design: Discover the Inner World Ritual by Your Desire Coach

In our modern world, we often get entangled in the dynamics of the "drama triangle" - a pattern where we unconsciously adopt the roles of victim, rescuer, and persecutor. This pattern often gives us a false sense of safety - a control illusion that takes us further from true inner peace. Through my “Inner World Ritual,” an integral part of my practice as a Desire Coach, I offer a pathway to a deeper connection, helping you cultivate safety within yourself. This allows you to break free from the drama triangle and transition to the “dream triangle,” where authenticity and connection take center stage.

The Importance of rituals for inner safety

Rituals provide a safe structure, a moment of predictability and calm where our nervous system can relax. Carl Jung spoke about this profound subconscious undercurrent, where our true desires and feelings reside. We dive into these layers through rituals, opening ourselves to a world of symbols and metaphors. This grants us access to a language that is not cognitive but rather energetic and intuitive, as spiritual traditions worldwide have conveyed for centuries.

Inner World Ritual: A new perspective in Embodied Relation Design

In my Embodied Relation Design program, I guide you to release the false safety of external influences. Through the Inner World Ritual, you learn to attune more deeply to your own energy and subconscious patterns. You are initiated into a language of images, metaphors, and energetic connection that helps you let go of old, limiting beliefs. This ritual enables you to connect with yourself authentically and soulfully.

I developed the power of this ritual through years of immersion in tantra practices, where I personally experienced the transformative potential of rituals in my quest for inner safety and alignment with my authentic boundaries and desires.

Through the Inner World Ritual, I guide you step by step toward the dream triangle, where you form relationships from a foundation of inner safety. Here, you no longer react to old patterns but instead, consciously align with yourself and others. This ritual thus becomes a powerful foundation for your growth in awareness, self-love, and connection.

The path to connection: From drama triangle to dream triangle

The Inner World Ritual is not just a ritual but also a transformation in thinking and feeling.

The transition from the drama triangle to the dream triangle is a shift from external dependency to inner balance. You learn that true safety is not found in controlling external circumstances but in deeply connecting with your body and soul-consciousness. Jessica Fern, in her book Polysecure, highlights rituals as one of the pillars of safety within the “HEARTS method.” Rituals provide a framework in which vulnerability and connection can be experienced, as their predictability and structure soothe the nervous system.

Your journey to authentic connection

Through rituals and energetic work, guided by Embodied Relation Design, I help you release old patterns. Together, we develop alignment skills that enable you to connect with your partner from your authentic self. This creates a safe, loving relationship based on trust and respect.  During the Exploring Dance evenings featuring the 5 Eros Love Languages, you can also get acquainted with my Inner World Ritual. These evenings allow you to explore the alignment dance between your energy field and others.
