I’m Paul, a Transformation Coach and creator of the
12 week Unmute & Create™ program. I help high-performing professionals who feel muted by life’s challenges reclaim their voice and reconnect with their authentic, creative selves.
My coaching draws from personal recovery, chronic illness survival, and a deep spiritual awakening that taught me transformation begins when we stop shrinking to fit—and start creating from the inside out.
I combine emotional depth, creative exploration, and nervous system grounding to help you move from surviving to fully expressed.
