About me
Hi! I’m a certified transformation coach and creative consultant. I help people and organizations unlock their human potential and grow with resilience, creativity, and connection—through play and thought-provoking group coaching.
My practice, Womanity Play, is grounded in humanistic coaching. I combine the power of Play and Positive Intelligence® to spark growth, deepen relationships, and support well-being through compassion, critical thinking, creativity, courage, and action. Together, we turn life’s challenges into opportunities for transformation.
I’m also a stage director, writer, and performer with 20+ years of experience in relational leadership, social therapeutics, and the performing arts. I bring a global, creative, and activist lens to my work—as a French and American citizen, a joyful Buddhist, and a lifelong advocate for women, LGBTQ+ communities, and human connection across generations, cultures, and class. I live in Brooklyn with my partner Mike, our son Camille, and our daughter Joséphine.
