About me
A few years ago, experiencing burnout—an illness brought on by relentless stress—completely reshaped how I viewed life, work, and well-being. That turning point awakened a deeper purpose in me: to help others not just weather work /life’s storms but emerge from them stronger, more resilient, and truly thriving.
With over 15 years of leadership experience and a background in the creative arts, I now guide individuals and teams to "Stress Less & Thrive More—The Creative Way!"
I’m deeply passionate about empowering people to build resilience, grow mentally and emotionally stronger, and navigate challenges with greater ease. My approach is holistic—working with the mind, body, and emotions—and fueled by the power of creativity. Through coaching and workshops, I help uncover hidden barriers, spark self-awareness, and open new perspectives that lead to growth, connection, and inner strength.
